Cindy holds a BBA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary, and graduated a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She certified as a CPA in Virginia. Following two years in public accounting as an auditor, she provided financial services to government contractor and nonprofits, including six years as Controller for National Public Radio (NPR). Cindy founded Dollars and Sense to aid seniors and others in the Washington, DC area in their bill paying tasks, financial planning and budgeting, organization of their finances, and protecting themselves from fraud.
